On the flip side...judging from the poll results in the sidebar, the participants want me back on the Erie Blog feedburner by an outstanding ration of 3.666 to 1. With only 20 hours left in the poll, it speaks volumes doesn't it?
BLOGOSPHERE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT #8
13 DAYS AND COUNTING
13 DAYS AND COUNTING
The concept of free speech and expressing one's self still remains very much out of favor on the liberal dominated Erie Blogs. Long time Erie blogger who blogs under the pseudonym of Kodera at Kodera’s Korner, has been unilaterally removed from the well known social community's Erie Blogs feed burner. The obvious reason being his blog postings and rants against the very liberal Presidential hopeful Barack Obama...who apparently is the Erie Blog Nazi's choice for President. It's rumored the angry blog Nazi considered Kodera's criticism of Obama to be racist in nature and he just wouldn't tolerate it.
If you would like the Erie Blogs to reinstate Kodera's Korner on the feedburner, contact the administrator and let your feelings be known.

Kodera, I'll be the first to admit that I don't agree with 99.9% of what you're saying but that doesn't mean I think you should be censored or harmed. The big problem is what you think constitutes censorship.
Like I said, I don't agree with what you say basically all the time. I will give you credit for the Randi Rhodes comment on your header. That is a huge double standard and even if you don't like the President doesn't mean you can ask for him (or any person) to be killed. Pretty much everything else, I don't agree with at all. That doesn't mean your opinion should be hidden or forced from view.
That's one of the beauties of having a blog. You can pretty much do whatever you want and have it available to the world.
But, are you being censored? Not at all. You still very much have you blog on Blogger. People can find it on the internet. If you wanted to advertise your blog, you can. Now, Erie Blogs (the web site) doesn't have you on their "Feed Burner." That is hardly censorship. The people who run Erie Blogs do it as private enterprise. They can do whatever they want with it. As someone who seems to be a conservative, you can't be angry that someone following they're own path through the marketplace makes a decision on how they want to run their business. If they wanted nothing but links to sports pages, they are entitled to do that. Also, you are still listed on the website with a number of other websites that don't have their websites as part of the "Feed Burner." Are they being censored? No, they are not. If you don't like Erie Blogs, you are fully entitled to run your own competing business.
Also, you are on a service called Blogger (which is in turn owned by Google.) If Blogger takes down your blog due to not following the rules they set up and you agreed to, you aren't being censored. You failed to follow an agreement you had with a company. I don't want you to think that Blogger is going to do something. I just wanted to use that as an example. Again, the beauty of a free market is that you can do what you want. You just have to forge your own path.
Blaming others for disagreeing with you, to use your own reasoning, is a very liberal sounding to me. If you disagree with Erie Blogs, why do you want to be associated with them? I don't mean that sarcastically; I mean that as a genuine question. They clearly don't have your viewpoints in mind. If you feel that they should include you because of the freedom of speaking freely, they don't have to. But, at the end of the day, you still have the means to put out your opinion. If that was taken away, you have every right to be angry.
Again, I don't agree with you and think it's down right juvenile and sad the comments people are leaving you. In the same regard, you put out a lot of juvenile views yourself. You're only getting back what you put out.
ad knell,
Your points are well taken and some make sense while others don't. It's not right that I was removed from the feeder because of a different view taken by the administrator. He never once notified me with a warning or an objection. Like I said before, it is his little red wagon and he can do what he wants with it...but I should have been put on notice.
However, your clear thinking and reasonable comment is causing me to take pause and think this out. I've decided to end this rant right now. I'm going back to being a white guy. You deserve the credit for it all my reasonable friend...not to mention it's getting old, not to mention very boring for me to keep up with. It's over!
Thank you for your adult like comments and please know I appreciate it.
P.S. - Comparing me to a liberal cuts right to the bone. Ouch!!! You're killing me. Between you and I...that's what did it.
